Hello and how do to all and welcome to my page. I’m a polite person so will continue that trait and introduce myself and give you an overview of what you’re likely to find here. You never know, you may decide to bookmark it and come and visit me on a regular basis – I think that would be lovely!  

I want to steer clear of making my introduction sound too much like a dating advert but now I have said that, everything I am thinking of is heading down that path...... move away from that. Right! My name is Emma and I have been providing festival/gig reviews for the lovely people at Safe Concerts since August 2008.A chance meeting with a Safe Concerts photographer at the Justice set at the Leeds Festival opened me up to the music world and reignited my passion for writing and I have now added a few more festivals and gigs to my reviewers belt.

I am eclectic which I think is definitely needed to be an all round reviewer as I’m not going to be biased as I like all music types. Put me in any situation and as soon as I’ve found my feet you can guarantee I’ll have a great time, there’s no use moping when there’s beer and friendly folk to meet!

So what are you going to find here? Reviews, articles, interviews and anything else of interest. This will all be bundled up and churned out covered in my personality – so I hope you like it. I’m a bit silly, outgoing and try to be funny and witty on a regular basis. I’ll also keep you updated on what I’m getting up to with a personal blog!
