Liverpool’s John Bishop, will be appearing at a number of venues including Birmingham’s NIA next October with his hotly-awaited new tour.

The comedian will return to Birmingham after playing the LG Arena earlier this year, bringing his dry wit and Northern humour to thousands of fans.

His most recent sell-out ‘Sunshine’ tour saw the father-of-three performing to more than 400,000 fans.  He’s also topped the charts with the fastest selling stand-up DVD of all time, and has been regularly broadcasting into the homes of more than 6.5m viewers in primetime BBC One show, John Bishop’s Britain. He is also a regular on popular comedy shows such as ‘Have I Got News For You’ and ‘Would I Lie to You’, which have helped him become a household name. To top it all off, the avid Liverpool FC fan was voted Best Male Comedy Breakthrough Artist at the 2010 British Comedy Awards.
