The Safeconcerts Festival Survival Guide

Getting the best from your festival experience

It's quite difficult to go wrong with the ever increasing number of amazing festivals and events on offer, the biggest difficulty you'll have is deciding which one (or several) you want to go to.

UK festivals have a great safety record and we think that they are one of the best places to be over a long summer weekend. The vast majority of festival fans will have a great time but some people can find themselves up against it a bit - especially if they are new to the whole thing - after all none of us really know quite what to expect when experiencing something for the first time.

The following guide pulls together a few hints and tips not only to ensure you survive the festival experience in one piece but to help to make sure you get the best out of it - so if you're off to a festival take a look at our guide. The guide was put together with help and input from Corrine from Reading Welfare Point and Chris Hannam from Stagesafe.

So - surviving the experience - what do you need to know?
