The first Ashover Well Dressed Folk and Roots Festival will have concerts in The Parish Rooms, The Church and The Bassett Rooms, sessions in three great pubs, dancing in the streets and workshops around the village.

The festival is organised by Xeli Promotions Ltd who are a small company of friends who have a mutual interest in music, it was formed in order to organise concerts and events in Ashover and Chesterfield. The festival will have music, dance and song workshops for children in the village and visitors to the festival.

Ashover is a pretty village and extensive parish, situated in the beautiful Amber valley, Derbyshire.
