Provisional dates have been set for 2013

The Bath Fringe Festival dates back to the late 60's early seventies and in its many different guises it's made quite an impact on the gorgeous Georgian city of Bath, the Fringe brings an alternative to the more classical and traditional Bath Festival.

As with many Fringe events over the years the Fringe has investigated and developed artforms events and audiences that have in many cases become mainstream, others of which have been taken on and commercialised by other festivals.

'Affordable Art', Spoken Word, Digital Arts & Media, Stand-up Comedy, Cabaret, Physical Theatre, Circus Arts, Folk & World Music, Latin Dance, Jazz, and the serious presentation of major figures from Pop, Rock and Black Music have all been Fringe center pieces.

This arts festival happens all over the city of Bath with many live performances from local, national and world musicians . There is also dance, theatre, art exhibitions, carnival and children's events on offer and many free events on offer during the course of the festival.
