Electric Picnic
3-5th September 2010

Electric Picnic is a unique Irish festival and is set amid the rolling lawns of Stradbally Hall, Co Laois, a beautiful 600 acre estate just 50 mins from Dublin.

You'll find great music, art, theatre, comedy, pantomine, holistic health and a whole lot more besides at this Irish fest - the electric picnic is ultimately a small boutique festival with a very big attitude. Aside from the rather impressive musical line up on offer at this one you'll also find a host of other activities and delights on offer.

Electric Picnic has been gaining some younger fans over the last few years with a record number of families in attendance sharing the exclusive confines of the Family Campsite and Soul Kids area. You'll find Kiddie Yoga, the amazing Utensils Puppet Show, Fabulous Felt-making workshops, The Funky Feet dance troupe, Enchanted Fairy Workshops, Jewellery making, Arts & Crafts and plenty of surprises! With some amazing free services for parents & children the Soul Kids and Family Camping Area has become the highlight for mini picnickers.

Electric Picnic brings you The Silent Disco, Art Trail,  Fossets Circus, The Village Green, Farmers Market and Bridgestone Award Winning Gourmet Food among the usual array of alternative on-site accommodation that includes  Podpads, Yurts, Tipis & Myhabs.

There's an extended Campervan Park to meet the increasing demand for Campervans at this event.
