The New Tent first appeared at Glastonbury in 1998. Of course everyone said there was no need for another stage, but Michael Eavis did what he always does and went ahead and did it anyway. Emerging artists are given the chance to showcase their talent here and it's played host to many who have gone on to bigger things, the stage also has established artists playing alongside the new talent - so it's an eclectic mix of vibrant and exciting musical delights to tempt you.
