Grassington Festival
11-13th June 2010

Every summer Grassington plays host to some of the best performers in the music and arts world with an enormous number of diverse performances and events taking place during the last fortnight in June.

In midsummer nestled amidst this beautiful Yorkshire dales landscape you'll find 15 days and nights of Festival frolics; exuberant and exciting; inspiring and challenging; passionate and provoking; spiritual and uplifting - and most of all, fun!

Over 70 events crammed into a concentrated celebration of  music and arts, with internationally acclaimed artists performing in intimate venues,  a plethora of workshops, with music and street theatre drawn from all across the globe performing in the village square?

There's the quirky and unusual too - The Official attempt to break the world record for the longest line of bunting; The Festival of Speed Uphill Go-Kart challenge and Moonlit walk and Midnight Feast - so organisers urge you to try something new and to try as much as you can.
