Monmouth Festival is a great series of events and other entertainments which take place in the Wye valley, and is organized by the people of Monmouth, for the people of Monmouth and using local Monmouth talent as much as possible.

The indoor venue is The King's Head where the music will range from folk to jazz with Swing and much, much more. The classical vein will be held in St. Mary's Church, and the main stage will provide a  huge variety of music. 

This festival likes to support prestigious local bands and up-and-coming stars of the future.  The Festival encompasses other events too - like the Kymin Dash and the town Carnival and Fun Day which takes place on the Sunday.

The Monmouth Festival will remain at its new home on the Blestium Street car park. Fringe events will also be held at The Three Horseshoes Pub, and St Mary's Church.
