Taking place at: Tarnside Farm, Tarns, Silloth, West Cumbria  - a great little festival with a lovely ethos. This one caters for everybody and is non commercial - just like the best festivals have always been.

The Solfest Festival has some spectacular scenery for festival goers to enjoy as it boasts panoramic views across the Solway Firth taking in a backdrop of the Scottish Southern Uplands. The Main Stage is set against a backdrop of the English Lake District, so it's a pretty cool site.

This one is a small (10,000 capacity) and very non-commercial event which is organised by a dedicated team of volunteers, despite being a small festival Solfest attracts some rather good acts.
