Winchester Hat Fair is the UK’s longest running Street Arts festival and it brings three days of fantastic outdoor performance and live entertainment.

Supported by local businesses, colleges and organisations, this is a free festival and it takes place in the city centre.

Hat Fair continues to uphold its reputation for presenting innovative and beautiful outdoor performances, exciting, unique and highly skilled small-scale shows and an engaging programme of community arts and education, woven into the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester.
