Take That tickets from ticketingdirect.net

You may remembered I discovered via this site that ticketingdirect.net are a scam, I had booked 6 tickets to see Take That at the Rioch stadium in Coventry.

Well my credit card company have carried out there investigations however they have advised me that they will not refund the money until after the concert date as the tickets may turn up!!!  (I wish)

anyway is this correct?  I really wanted the money refunded now so I can try and purchase some more tickets, I don't have any credit left due to the credit crunch etc... is there any way I can get them to refund the money now???

PS mostwantedtickets.com have some tickets and the guy has emailed me the contact details and adddress in London are they safe???

Can anyone advise if I  can force the credit company to pay up now??
