Well alarm bells started to ring when the Take That concert was highlighted in the news and all those people had booked tickets through this company. I have paid £180 for 2 tickets to see Dolly Parton at the MEN Manchester on 11th Sept 2011 ...it was a 60th birthday gift for my cousin and I and I booked before Xmas...have I made a massive mistake??? looks very like it ...any advise as to what to do next? I have tried ringing the phone number on my print out but surprise surprise... none existant... Carol

You need to contact ActionFraud and report it to them straight away

They can be contacted at ActionFraud.org.uk or by telephone on 0300 123 2040

Make sure you get a crime reference number from them

If you paid by credit card, claim the money back from your card issuer

If you paid by debit card, ask the card issuer to perform a chargeback

I would strongly suspect that given the current state of Ticketindex.net it is highly unlikely

Have just checked TicketIndex phone and web address as have not received tickets yet for Dolly Parton at Glasgow SECC on AUgust 20...not available.
