Hello there my name is Lisa.  I was ripped off by Viagogo and have found an epetition site https://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/8419 to sign to try and STOP Ticket Agents like Viagogo etc from Ripping people off.  I hope you will join me in signing as these Robbers need to be STOPPED.  Ok I'll stop ranting now but please sign. Thanks.

Hello Lisa and welcome along.

Can I ask why you bought from Viagogo in the first place? We've been trying to warn people for years but it's really difficult when people still buy from them and I wonder if we are missing something in trying to get the message out there?

Just interested in how we can best help people to know about the risks in buying from these places? any ideas/thoughts would be welcome!

Hi Debs, I didn't know about Viagogo until after I had bought the tickets cos if I had I woudln't have bought tickets from them.Now Channel 4's Dispatches programme has exposed them I'm sure people will stop buying tickets from them and hopefully they'll go Bust with any luck.
