Several people turned up at the last Miley Cyrus show at The O2 after receiving several messages by "Therealticketcompany" to meet them in order to collect tickets

These people were simply given the runaround, with their children, and left disappointed without tickets

I would strongly urge anyone affected by this unscrupulous company to report them to Police and Consumer Direct

couldnt beleive it but made another attempt via email, and to my surprise was given a number for an agent, called, he answered and said he would meet me at 6pm at holiday express, i took a chance and travelled 3 hours to london!! luckily thank god he was there and me and my daughter saw the show but paid £290 in june for top tickets but didnt have good seats! but i shouldnt complain as you guys like many didnt get there! so sorry for all the children that missed out as there were many empty seats!

The website took peoples money for tickets it never had and ripped off parents and children alike

My partner has bought tickets from this company and we only found out afterwards that this was a scam, we were to see Michael Buble in concert May 2010.

The Real Ticket Company have now been reported to Consumer Direct , Trading Standards, Watchdog and the police and I wont stop there until this company is brought to its Knees.

I called this number 07766040003 man answers will not give name and denies he is anything to do with the Real Ticket Company.

Hi there, i would just like to say we  bought tickets for the carling cup final on the 9/2/2010 it is now 2 days before the final and by the looks of it we have been scammed like the rest of you, i would just like to say that, that mobile number is live and ringing, and they claim to know nothing about it. thanks.

Why Knackedoff got the wrong company details for THErealticketcompany.co.uk:

1. The domain names are really similar, and if you are talking about them it's impossible to differentiate, as you have to say "the therealticketcompany or the realticketcompany". It's an easy mistake to make, so when doing a search for details on WHOIS it is inevitable that problems may arise.
2. The search that we did on WHOIS (www.who.is) for realticketcompany.com shows this site as inactive, but there is a cached thumbnail of the previous site, which shows an ALMOST IDENTICAL logo and layout for the site as therealticketcompany,co.uk

I can see how Knackedoff would have got these two confused, but they are two completely separately registered domains, so we would like to apologise for any confusion this may have caused. In particular to Lester Hawkins, who was kind enough to bring this to our attention.

Here's an interesting screen shot that I took from realticketcompany.com, which shows the logo in detail, but also the link between Sportsbookings Limited and realticketcompany.com.

Good grief, that is amazingly close to the current page on therealticketcompany.co.uk contact us page. It's even the same page name. What are the chances of that?

I am absolutely petrified. I have bought three tickets for v festival today well over £600, acting on behalf of my daughter and two of her friends. I am now past myself after reading all these reviews and wondering whether they will actually get them, and letting them travel all that way just to be disappointed is not an option. I have spoke to my credit company and there is nothing I can do until they draw from my account. All because the legitimate companies had sold out!

Helen, The same happend to me today.. what did your credit card company say?? ive tried calling mine but the department is not open now until monday.

They said that there was nothing they could do as the payment was made in good faith and I would just have to sit back and let them take my money, but I would get my money back from them if they dont deliver. This means waiting to August and then when I don't get them it will be too late to get replacement ones in time, and it is meant to be an 18th birthday treat for my daughter. I am gutted, but just could not get through to buy tickets from the official sites. Let me know if your credit company tell you anything different. Guess these people pray on those of us desperate to get tickets for these events.

It appears the director of Sportsbookings Ltd, if he actually exists, has changed addresses yet again to 5 Bush Fair, Bush Fair, Harlow

This actually shows up as a company called "Just Ice"

The alleged director, Paul Hutchins, has previously given two addresses that knew nothing about him

I will pass this back to Police again for investigation

There is a strong link to a well known tout, Leslie Hawkins, I suspect he may have some questions to answer

I've seen all three addresses for you at one time or another and just wondered if you could clarify the matter

While we are at it, what exactly is your link to NELcateringforfootball (North east London Catering For Football)?

Oh and one last question, the merchant services operated by NELcatering and Sportsbookings Ltd, have you benefited financially in any way from money taken through these merchant services?

I am just seeking to clarify these points before I lay information to the Police, Companies investigation Branch and HM Revenue and Customs, and would hate to get my facts wrong
