Shakedown has been created by music festival heavyweights Matt Priest and Peter Haywood in partnership with Brighton radio presenter Steve Jones. Between them the group have delivered a raft of large-scale outdoor festivals and concerts including Global Gathering, Godskitchen and Love Parade. The festival is assisted by Ingenious Media who bring not only funding to the project, but also a wealth of experience through their partnerships with similar events such as Creamfields, 80s Rewind, Field Day and Underage festivals.
‘We are very excited to bring great music to such a great city. This July we will deliver exactly what Brighton has been waiting for; a world class music festival and the hottest ticket of the summer’.
