Joan Armatrading confirmed for the Acoustic Festival of Britain

First headliner announced - early bird tickets on sale now

Joan Armatrading MBE is the first headline act confirmed for the Acoustic Festival of Britain and will be performing on Saturday 26th May.

Joan Armatrading has achieved countless accolades during her career with countless gold, platinum and she has been the recipient of a highly coveted Ivor Novello Award, she's figured large in VH1’s Top 100 voted poll The Most Influential Woman In Rock and she's been honoured by the Queen and is one of the few female artists to receive an MBE.

The Acoustic Festival of Britain offers four stages of unplugged and acoustic music covering live folk, rock, blues, guitar, country, bluegrass and a few legends.

Early bird tickets are on sale now, Adult Weekend with Camping £85, Child (10 - 15) Weekend with Camping £20, Adult Weekend £70, Child (10 - 15) Weekend £15, Children Under 10 Free. There is an easy payment plan where you can pay 25% of the cost of your tickets and any booking Fees by Dec 31 2011 and then pay off the balance in 3 monthly payments.
