The appeal has been thrown out of court so the programme will go ahead at 9pm as planned. Viagogo claimed that the programme would damage their 'commercial interests' - the judge had the common sense to throw it out.
We have just been informed that Viagogo are currently at the High Court in a last minute attempt to prevent Channel 4's Dispatches programme from being aired tonight (23rd February 2012).
It will be an absolute travesty if they get it but this new action smacks of desperation and simply makes you question what on earth they are trying to hide, we will update you as soon as we know the result.
What I find hard to believe is that the Artists don't know this is going on and if they do the complete disrespect they are showing there fan base that put them in their privileged positions
