Little Big Tent acts announced

The Picnic’s roots have always carried a deep electronic plot, this year will continue to entice revellers with the most prolific producers and electronic leaders gracing the Stradbally dance sphere. The Little Big Tent will pulse from every end in deep dub tremors and exhilarating cosmic glitches.

Acts just confirmed for The Little Big Tent are James Murphy, The Juan Maclean, Pat Mahoney, Caribou Vs. Four Tet, Rustie, Hudson Mohawke, Junior Boys, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Bassnectar, John Talabot, Catz N Dogz, Amine Edge, DJ W!ld, Mmoths, Le Galaxie, Not Squares, Ships, White Collar Boy, Subaltern, Orquesta, Lil Dave, T3 and Hidden Agenda DJs.

Previously confirmed acts for the event are - The Cure, The Killers, Elbow, Sigur Rós, Orbital, Hot Chip, The Xx, Grizzly Bear, Christy Moore, The Roots, Glen Hansard, Metronomy, The Horrors, Roots Manuva, Bat for Lashes, Tindersticks, Bell X1, Staff Benda Bilili, Milagres, Ed Sheeran, Alabama Shakes, Cranes, Little Roy, Land Lovers, Baxter Dury, Jonathan Wilson, Solar Bears, Fatoumata Diawara, Willis Earl Beal, Lanterns On the Lake, Explosions in the Sky, Villagers, Dexys, Ben Howard, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Antlers, Nell Bryden, Bellowhead, Paul Buchanan, Patrick Watson, Wild Beasts, Grimes, The Staves, Andy Irvine, Donal Lunny, Liam O'Flynn and Paddy Glackin and The Vaccines.
