Aossa Tickets, Abbotts Travel and Tickets2allevents fail to deliver
With some big gigs taking place this month music fans have yet again fallen foul of the ticketing nightmare.
Ticket buyers have purchased tickets for The Stone Roses, Nicki Minaj and many other top events only to discover that their tickets have not arrived and they cannot contact the sites where they purchased their tickets. On the odd occasion when they do they are fobbed off with a multitude of excuses such as "they have been let down by the supplier", "tickets are in the post" etc. etc.
Aossa tickets have been causing concern for some time and have been on the Safeconcerts Be Ticket Safe ® red list since February, however authorities were made aware of them in 2011. No action has been taken and the company have failed thousands of customers.
Beware, still nothing has been done and this company is sill trading on line - still taking people's money, the company is registered to an Eddie Ottewell with an address in Brighton.
www.abbottstravellimited.com and abbottstravel.co.uk has been forced into liquidation, this is another site that has failed to deliver but has taken money from people. The man behind this website, Christopher Abbotts has come under the spotlight in the past:

Next on our latest list of rogues is tickets2allevents.com, the man behind this one is John Grainger, from Snaresbrook, East London, he was also behind www.gigsport.com, which collapsed last year owing £364,000. The website has disappeared and the company has gone bust, if you've bought from this one it's yet another ticket nightmare, you won't be getting your tickets.
Ticket fraud is still very big business, these are just the latest sites to have come to light due to customers not getting their tickets, there are many more out there still taking your money but you won't know whether or not you are going to get your tickets until just before the event.
In a climate where ticket purchasing boundaries have been blurred with the proliferation of secondary sites, touts, scammers, fraudsters and the ease of setting up on-line scams we are doing our best to warn the ticket buying public of the pitfalls and traps that are deliberately set up to catch them out.
The Safeconcerts Be Ticket Safe Directory ® has been set up to give people a guide to what is and what isn't a legitimate site. All the sites that have turned out to be fraudulent have been listed on the directory well before they came to light. We also have advice on what you need to do if you have been a victim of fraud.
Please help us to spread the word about ticket fraud, ticket scams and ticket touts, the misery that this causes is not what the music scene is all about. These criminals need to be stopped, the only way to do that is to buy your tickets from legitimate outlets only -
The Safeconcerts Be Ticket Safe Directory ® can help you to avoid the scammers, do use it BEFORE you part with your hard earned cash.
