Selloutworld.com : Be Ticket Safe Warning

Already a website in our Red List of websites to avoid at all costs, there are no some more worrying signs that this one is about to meltdown

The SelloutWorld.com website sprang up to make the most of the up and coming Rolling Stones tour and immediately went on our Red List of sites to avoid and ones that we strongly suspect to be a scam.

Today they sent out an email to all people who had purchased through them to let them know that their telephone lines would be temporarily out of action for 24 hours. They have also placed a warning at the top of their website. This may not sound too bad, but this is frequently a precursor to the closing of the website and business before running off with your hard earned cash.

If you have bought from this company (and hadn't seen our warnings about them) then you should be seriously considering contacting your payment provider to discuss a potential fraud. They won't do anything yet, as the business is still "viable", but watch this space for updates.

Hi Thank you for your warning, yes I have purchased ticket through this website: selloutworld.com; only few days prior to the rolling stones concert still not yet received my ticket and paid the full amount weeks ago. Each time I phoned the number given on their website, they came up with excuses... the latest delivery day was suppose to be today and on the phone they said they postponed the date again.

I have immediately called my bank and reported. Got new tickets from a secure website, much cheaper too :)
