Good Time Entertainment ripped off music fans to the the of £3million

Andrew Lagan, Gary Agar and David Rolls are currently on trial at Middlesex’s Harrow Crown Court for conspiracy to defraud and converting or transferring criminal property. Each have denied the charges.

The trio are accused of ripping off fans for major acts including Kings of Leon, Jay-Z and Sir Paul McCartney. Under the name Good Time Entertainment, 49-year-old Andrew Lagan, 48-year-old David Rolls and 44-year-old Gary Agar are accused of offering tickets to the artists’ shows and to various festivals including V Festival, T in the Park and Benicassim Festival in Spain between November 2009 and October 2010.

The trio offered non-existent tickets for sale over the internet and processed the payments through the account for their company, Good Time Entertainment (GTE), Harrow Crown Court heard.

Good Time Entertainment allegedly scammed music fans out of almost £3million.

The jury is considering the verdict now.
