St Germain added to the line-up for WOMAD

Anoushka Shankar, Buika and Asian Dub Foundation also among the latest additions

WOMAD have added even more to the bill for Charlton Park, joining the likes of George Clinton Funkadelic Parliament, Baaba Maal, John Grant and Roots Manuva are a host of newly confirmed acts.
St Germain, Anoushka Shankar, Buika, Auntie Flo, Aynur, The Breath, Cinematic Orchestra, Cabruêra, Dubioza Kolektiv, Federico Albanese, Florian Keller, Kefaya, Kim Juhong’s Ensemble Noreum Machi, Meta & the Cornerstones, Pierce Brothers, Selda Bagcan & Boom Pam and Zmei 3 are newly confirmed, kicking the weekend off on Thursday night will be Asian Dub Foundation and Imarhan. 
They join the previously announced John Grant, Afriquoi, Roots Manuva, Aziza Brahim, Baaba Maal, Les Amazones D’Afrique, Baloji, Charles Bradley, Blick Bassy, Ana TijouxAsiq Nargile, Broadway Sounds, Desert Slide, Chouk Bwa Libète, Dom La Nena, Cuncordu e Tenore de Orosei, Ethno-Trio Troitsa, George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic, Hanoi Masters, Heartbeat, Hot 8 Brass Band, Ibrahim Maalouf, Hindi Zahra, Lula Pena, La Mambanegra, Moh! Kouyate, Lura, Muzykanci, Mercedes Peón, N’Diale, Pat Thomas and His Kwashibu Area Band, Sidestepper, Sons Of Kemet, Tetish, Soom T, Wiyaala, The East Pointers, Xaos, The Grit Orchestra and This Is the Kit.

WOMAD Festival takes place at Charlton Park, Malmesbury, Wiltshire from the 28th to the 31st July 2016
