Opeth, Saxon and Paradise Lost confirmed for Hammerfest

Tickets are selling fast as Early Bird, Budget and Gold apartments are now all sold out and the Festival opens its doors to 16 and 17 year olds!!

Sepultura are set for a UK festival exclusive as they are confirmed for this years inaugural Hammerfest in April. Saxon are also playing the Saturday night of Hammerfest, among the other new acts confirmed today are Paradise Lost who will be taking to the stage on Friday night alongside Opeth, Power Quest, Marya Roxx, Imicus, and Kiuas.

With 45 bands already announced and 5 more to follow Hammerfest will be an event not to be missed. The festival will include a bumper line up of established metal and rock acts – with celebrated veterans rubbing shoulders with the metal scenesters of today  - alongside the future of metal’s upcoming talent, as championed by Metal Hammer. 

Bands previously announced included headliners Opeth, Saxon, Hammerfall, Skindred, Cathedral, Alestorm, Grand Magus, Sabbat, Exit Ten, Trigger The Bloodshed, Annotations of an Autopsy, TYR and Dream Evil, Bleed From Within, The Argent Dawn, Nex, Many Things Untold, The Morning After, Open The Skies, Sworn Amongst, The Dead Lay Waiting, Avarus, With Chaos In Her Wake, Blood Island Raiders, Architects, Warpath, Wolf, Lethargy, Thirteenth Sign, Firebrand Super Rock, Tesseract, Skindred, Grand Magus, TYR, Gama Bomb, Sylosis, Scared Mother Tongue, The Hollow Earth Theory, Waylander, Mutant, Miramar Disaster, Attica Rage, Voodoo Six and Mencea…

Hammerfest has now made changes to their licence and opened up entry to 16 and 17 year olds!

Tickets for Hamerfest include two nights’ accommodation and entrance to all 6 arenas as well as free car parking. But you'll need to be quick for this one as Early Bird, Budget and Gold apartments are now all sold out!!!
