Hitting the main stage on Sunday July 13th The Enemy attracted a huge crowd despite the fact that they were playing a late afternoon set, the T in the Park crowd were on fire for this one and when the band got a well deserved ovation Tom Clarke declared: "Scotland, I fucking love you!", so a well happy band and a well happy crowd!
The Enemy first came to mainstream attention when they were mentioned in NME as the act most likely to "break your windows" in 2007, In August 2007 The Enemy supported The Rolling Stones on the last date of their European tour at the O2 Arena in London and they also played twice at Glastonbury Festival - playing the 'Guardian lounge' on Saturday and the 'Other Stage' on the Sunday. They also headlined on the Saturday night of T In The Park in the 'Futures' tent on 7 July 2007.
The guys just go from strength to strength and judging by the response they got at T in the Park they're here to stay.
