After being 'done' by TicketIndex.net I bought TakeThat tickets from Gigsandtours. I received an email the next day saying my tickets had been despatched and sure enough they arrived the very next day! Gigandtours will be my first port of call the next time I want concert tickets!
Primary Ticket Agency
Primary Ticket Agencies get their tickets directly from the promoters or venues
Secondary Ticket Agency
Obtain their tickets by a number of different methods from Primary ticket agencies to sell to you at a high markup
Private Sellers
Tickets are sold by fans and private sellers, but there is no way to tell if you are buying from a tout or a genuine person
Affiliate Sales
Tickets are not sold by the site, they forward your requests to other sites. You could be buying from primary or secondary ticket agencies, but reputable affiliates will let you know who you are buying from
Warning to Avoid
There is nothing to recommend about these sites, they may be selling tickets that do not exist or phishing to get your bank details
