This ticket agency is a complete joke - DO NOT buy tickets from them. A request was made to refund a purchase made in error, they refused to give a refund or swap the dates under any circumstance. Making a formal complaint. Robbers!!

Useless website and TERRIBLE customer service!

AVOID this service at all costs!

Summary: I was trying to buy tickets for an event that was in the process of selling out as I was doing it. I had two tickets in my basket and, having input my payment details carefully, kept getting the same error message that something unexpected had gone wrong. I tried this six times - nothing. So I rang their 'helpline' - only to be told by the extremely UNHELPFUL person on the phone that she couldn't help me because that's not what the phone service was for. I was given an email address - while other people presumably merrily continued buying tickets. When I eventually did get a reply (from the faceless 'MG Support' - great customer service), I was told that I must have input my information wrongly. Six times. I explained that I hadn't, and sent them a screenshot of the error message. This exchange went back three or four times - me being told each time that it must be me who had done something wrong. In the mean time the tickets have sold out, and I'm out of options. When I emailed to explain that tickets were now sold out and to ask what they recommended I do now, they told me tickets weren't sold out. Only when I sent them a screenshot of their OWN website did they believe me. Their proposed solution? 'Check back later - there might be some people who have them in their baskets but aren't able to buy them for some reason'. *facepalm*

In short - I have missed out on a one-off opportunity because these clowns care more about blaming their customers than fixing their website or providing actual customer service. I will be avoiding at all costs in the future.

The most straightforward and efficient ticket website service I've used, with very helpful and quick staff response time (10 mins in my case). Booking fee is very low with no hidden or extra charges and tickets can be delivered and redeemed via mobile. Refreshingly user friendly website.

Which companies DO offer refunds?

One of the most respected companies in the business. Odd that you think that the more than 5,000 artists using them is a small amount. Love to know which primary sites do offer refunds.

The staff are unhelpful, they will never consider a refund, and its curious as to why so few bands/gigs are reliant on their services.....or is it ....
