Tickets for FA Cup 2012

Having paid for 4 tickets for Liverpool Alongside, we failed to get the tickets until 15mins prior to kick off and by the time we got to the stadium it was half-time and to add insult to injury the tickets were in the chelsea end. Disgusted that we have had no reply from the company, think the tickets eventually came from touts and would advise everyone to steer clear of them. Wish I had found this site before as would have saved a lot of expense with travelling, hotels and angst..

I paid OnLineTicketExpress.com for tickets to Wimbledon 2011
I did not receive tickets - I found out on the day of the event at the venue by phone that they did not have the tickets - so I had incurred travel costs and expenses.
I could not contact their accounts dept directly (only by email) and they would not provide postal address. I have never received a reply from their accounts dept.
