I use Quaytickets for the majority of events I attend. They are always avaliable to talk if I have any queries and are more than happy to help.
They sell for a range of Music, Theatre, Comedy and Sporting events across the UK and are getting larger by the day.
The best thing about Quaytickets are the postage fees, 95p for 1st Class Delivery and £3.95 for Secure makes them the lowest i've seen amongst the agents. Additionally they let you book multiple events and only pay one postage fee, something that really keeps costs down for purchasers.

Primary Ticket Agency
Primary Ticket Agencies get their tickets directly from the promoters or venues
Secondary Ticket Agency
Obtain their tickets by a number of different methods from Primary ticket agencies to sell to you at a high markup
Private Sellers
Tickets are sold by fans and private sellers, but there is no way to tell if you are buying from a tout or a genuine person
Affiliate Sales
Tickets are not sold by the site, they forward your requests to other sites. You could be buying from primary or secondary ticket agencies, but reputable affiliates will let you know who you are buying from
Warning to Avoid
There is nothing to recommend about these sites, they may be selling tickets that do not exist or phishing to get your bank details
