Hides their identity on the domain
This company has chosen to stop people from finding out who they are when they look up their domain name. No legitimate company would want to do that.
All web domains, when registered, require the owner's details, but if you didn't want people to know who you were you could choose to become anonymous, and hide your details behind a domain identity protection service. It's not difficult to do, but a legitimate company has no reason to do this if they want you to have confidence in them to purchase products from them.
