Primary Ticket Agencies get their tickets directly from the promoters or venues

Primary ticket agencies are allocated their tickets by concert and event promoters. They only charge a reasonable booking fee over face value and are authorised ticket agents. Safeconcerts always recommends buying from legitimate primary sites.
