A list of sites we would not recommend to you

The following sites are not part of Safeconcerts recommended primary ticket sale sites, and as such we cannot endorse them and personally we would not use them - we cannot say that you must not use them, that is down to you to decide.

If you do buy from these sites you do so at your own risk, and even if you use some of the more legitimate and well known agencies listed here, or use auction sites and pay over the face value of the ticket you are encouraging more and more secondary ticket sales to happen and will push ticket prices higher and higher.

www.worldwideticketstore.com

Having looked at your list www.worldwidetickshop.com was on the list but not www.worldwideticketstore.com - feeling a little concerned we just rang their no. and I spoke with a very English, not turkish or Cypriot lady who said that they had seen the twitters and scam pages and have received a lot of calls this morning. I have had a confirmttion email from them and she went through my booking for 3 v festival tickets with me. They were £195, which is a little over the recommended price, but we took a chance.

If anybody else is concerned try ringing them. The lady said that a lot of these posts are from their competitors and nobody has actually said they did not received their tickdes from them.

Ok perhaps I am gullable.

DO NOT under any circumstances use the UK Ticket Factory. We booked tickets for Michael McIntyre last September, no tickets arrived so about a week before the event we got in touch with them (via e-mail as there is no telephone number available anywhere which is suspicious in itself). They apologised saying that their supplier had let them down but they gave us an alternative date of November - this was fine. By end of October still no tickets so again got in touch with them and they said that they had oversubscribed on this event and that we would receive a full refund. Now February and no refund - have had to claim back through my credit card. Have proof of e-mails from them stating that a full refund would be in my account by such and such a date, blah blah blah - never happened. Am seriously considering going to Watchdog as the more people I have spoken to about this, the more I hear how bad they are. Good luck to anyone who has bought tickets from them.

I received a refund from ukticketfactory after 6 weeks. I hassled them by email and had a number to ring (sorry don't think I have it now) It was never answered but a bloke rang back sporadically and kept telling me refund was imminent. I was amazed when refund appeared. They are not to be trusted as they are not directly contactable and I have not yet heard of anyone receiving tickets. Keep hassling them. Good luck.

My friend had the same excuse from ukticketfactory, that they have been let down by their supplier. she was promised a refund but hasn't got it yet.

Did you get your refund?

I'm worried as I purchased Beyonce tickets for end of Nov....and after what i've heard, don't think I'm gonna get them

I BOUGHT MUSE TICKETS FROM UK TICKET FACTORY IN JULY THE CONCERT IS FOR 4TH NOV AT SHEFFIELD AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE TICKETS. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND THEY ARE JUST NOT REPLYING SO IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY FROM THEM BE CAREFUL.
IF I DO GET MY TICKETS WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW BUT I'M REALLY NOT HOLDING OUT MUCH HOPE.

Said I'd let you know well just got the email to say the supplier has let them down and they are refunding my money. So to the other person who ordered Muse tickets in September don't hold your breath
