I went to see Paramore in November with my friend Jess, absolutely loved it!! :)
everyone was stood and there was a great atmosphere. I am going there for Blink 182 soon and I am really looking forward to it, it's gonna be amazing :D

I don't see why you're all moaning to be honest. especially Ruth and Clare because yeah you might not get a lot of room for sitting down but you don't have to necessarily stand. A lot of people stand in the tiers that's probably why you were told to get over it! :) By the way, you can ask security staff if you can move seats and they'll find you them, that's what I did because security were in the way (floor seats at Britain's Got Talent Tour)

Absolutely Awlful. I went to see Westlife 16/3/11. I had tierd seating in row U. This was one row from the top. The walkway in front of the chairs is only about 18 inches wide and the seats in from of you only come up to your knees so if you stumble you would go straight over the top of everyone below you and fall from a very great height. No safety barriers. Can not see how this can possibly pass health & safety. Loads of people waiting at reallocations desk who were in the top tiers. Only one person serving but eight people behind the counter - waited 45 mins in queue to be reallocated a seat. Did manage to get other seats, but would advise anyone with a slight phobia of heights to be very careful about what they book. In fact would advise anyone to be very careful of high tierd seating as I did not feel at all safe due to lack of barriers or hand rails. My work had booked this for me and a client and the client felt the same as I did and obviously the many other people who waited in line for other seats.

Hi went to see xfactor last night amazing show, but spoilt by two girls in the row in front of us who stood up for most of the event blocking mine, my daughter, for who it was a birthday treat, and my mothers view totally.
we were unable to stand up as we had a row of young children behind us who then wouldnt be able to see either. I spoke to the girls and asked them to sit down in a polite way and they told me to get over it and watch the screens instead. i note from your information guide that there is a warning regarding a blocked view when buying tickets on the arena floor but it doesnt mention the tiered seat area. Please could you let me know what the policy is in the tiered seating, as the couple in front of me where pushed by another girl in this group and left at the interval. Someone from your security did speak to the girls but it didnt make any difference. I look froward to receiving your comments as I am now wary of booking seats with you again as my daughter (11) was upset by the whole experience. many thanks ruth (seat block 6 row s 11,12,13).

I'm currently trying to see a seating plan on the arena's website but all I get is a poster for a Whitney Houston concert sometime next year.

Not well signposted when walking but once there everything was well run and organised. Limited queueing, good seating and good refreshment outlets

Motown LEGENDS? Give me a BREAK! We left before the end because the COMMODORES just went on and on and on and a lot of the audience did the same. The show lacked that Motown sparkle you expect from these acts. Most dissapointing for me was the Miracles and Mary Wilson. Both belted out hits by their bands (who's lead singer's had left the act long ago) and they just didn't sound anything like the records. Wish I hadn't bothered to get tickets now. Poor show. Dave.
