The staff are extremely strict and a little rude, they do not allow you to stand and join in a concert if you are in the seating area. I have been to wembley stadium,o2arena,m.e.n arena,Secc. to see huge artists, and every one of the concerts i have seats, to give me the option to stand and sit at the slower songs, never once have i been told to sit and not move, i felt like a 3 yr old in church during a rock concert.
On the plus side it only holds couple thousand so no matter where you are you are guaranteed to be fairly close, but that one experience sort of killed it for me.

We went to see The Killers on Thursday 5th March 2009. The show was spectacular but we found the security staff a wee bit overbearing. We were really excited about the show and was eager to get in and a security"man" put his arm across my friends throat and shouted soooo loud "WALK!!" before pushing us both back to where we entered, The ladies at the merchandise shop said we should file a complaint about him but we were too excited about the gig to think about doing such a thing. I understand the health and safety aspect of such events but found this guy way too rough.
All that aside we found the rest of the people that worked there very helpful and friendly and went on to enjoy a fantastic nights entertainment!

We attended the French & Saunders show expecting a comfortable, warm and welcoming environment. This just did not happen. The suitability of the venue for this kind of show was terrible. We endured 3 and a half hours in freezing temperatures with no sign of any type of heating in the building. Draughts from both sides of the arena made spectators extremely cold. We had to keep our jackets and gloves on throughout the show. With teeth chattering it was hard to enjoy the show and in fact we couldn't wait to go to get warm. The only reason we stayed is because it was an Easter treat for our son who is a big fan of French & Saunders. The only warm part of the building was the hot water taps in the ladies toilets. I was disappointed that people were taking photographs throughout the show with no intervention from staff to prevent this. This was annoying to those people sitting behind the picture takers as it obscured ther view. Surely some sort of photo opportunity could have been arranged to prevent this happening? People should be forewarned about the building when booking tickets so they can prepare themselves for the show. For the price of the tickets surely some heating would not have gone amiss? We will certainly think twice about going back to this particular venue, highly regarded or not!

The venue was about 10x smaller than everywhere else but that probably made it better!

Muse should be good here because of their unique sound, also even though My Chem Romance are supporting them the turnout should be great to make use of the large capacity.

Not the best acoustics at this venue but biggest capacity in Aberdeen so big bands only play here.
