Pleasde bare in mind that 99.9% of shows tour their own sound and lighting. Certainly that was the case for all the events mentioned here. I'd focus on the touring production rather than the venue when offering this feedback. Yeah, the venue knows the seats are an issue and are working tirelessly to eradicate the problem..

The best thing they could do with the NIA is to pull it down and start again, seriously it really is very very poor in my opinion. Having visited this arena I can honestly say that I will never go back again. This place simply does not consider the comfort of the audience. You get more leg room on a budget airline than you do at the NIA!

The venue was very crowded as it was a sold out gig. However, the staff were friendly and would happily directed you to the correct queue or part of the building if you asked them.

I did actually buy tickets for the best seats which of course cost more than the others. I have to say just what an unfunny joke the seats are! The NIA should really be ashamed of themselves for the lack of room they provide for your legs.

It is just greed in my opinion, and not very comfortable at all.

If you can see the event or show somewhere else then I would not bother with the NIA.

Decent enough, though the seats are rather on the cramped side, but then it is not a theatre, I do think they could have them with more leg room but then how much would prices have to go up, they are quite steep enough already we don't want West End prices, has no one heard of the credit crunch. No problems with the view when everyone was seated, less good when they all kept standing up. No problems getting there, rather more of a pain getting away from the place. Well served by public transport. Food and drink is too expensive and none too excellent, but compares to cinema prices and fare, and much cheaper than London venues I could mention. It is situated by Broad Street, I suggest if you want to eat and drink you go there either before or after the show, I don't really understand the insistence on buying junk food at relatively brief concerts or sporting events anyway. Did not experience problems with sound or lighting, perhaps those that do it was for certain shows and not others? Been to NIA several times, and I will be going again.

great but only if you you dont mind having to put your knees where your ears are supposed to be!

Blooming ridiculas is the only word for the cramped conditions. It really should be illegal to have such poor seating.

I love the NIA, it's easy to get to, nice situation BUT........At last nights Fleetwood Mac gig ang earlier this year the Eagles, we had great positioned seats, right at the front of the lower tiered seats but oh my poor aching legs at the end of the concerts. Now these seats are not cheap.....we have spent around 300 on these tickets. Who are the greedy ones? The Artistes? Maybe but they are already multi-millionaires. The Venue? Perhaps. The Promotors? Again possible. There is enough money made on other things on gig nights for the venue so that leaves the Promotors. Come on you guys, give us a break just a bit more space and it would have been perfect - instead it was just great.
