For the Martha Reeves show on the 13th Dec 2010.
7pm open doors -- fat chance.
Firstly the bouncers kept the queue waiting outside for a extra half an hour in freezing conditions, whilst a problem witht the sound system was fixed. Considering most were elderly..this was not satisfactory!
Secondly the hall was very very cold, and the show did not start until approx 8.35. Too long to be sat..and we had to keep our coats on.
Thirdly - no lock on toilet door or paper.
Would I visit again ...NO

Attended Eodm gig on 29/10/09 worst sound at any gig or festival I have been to am seeking refund as we speak,02 being coy! What did I think SUK!

Beautiful venue..saw Bat For Lashes here and a club night. Great sound and lights. The place has atmosphere! 5 stars......area is safe enough.

Excellent Venue, one of the best looking Venue's in the UK.
Great sound system, amazing lighting.
Only thing area abut doggy at night.

one word amazing far by best club in uk arsome lasers they hold brands like slinkys fusion hardcore heaven if you like your music and lasers and raves this is the place to be.

not impressed , aint cut out for comfortable night . sound was awful and saff slow , door dtaff rude . drinks over priced by far and not much choice .. parking areas seem dodgey not much security and
bit of a rough lot about on streets.
much preefer bic for larger bands and in bournemouth town for the local feel of smaller bands ..
wont bother here again

great!! the second room is excellent becuase it is so small which means you are very very close to the band. the security is quite lacks but that a good thing for me but maybe worse for others (bearing in mean i did go to see the berzerker). excellent
