Full house. I'm sure there were a few disappointed punters who couldn't get a ticket.

The Arena is always well seated and well set up. With loads to drink and loads to buy. Although it is expensive to buy anything there. And there is a cue to buy anything or even use the toliets. They didnt have carling for my dad but he enjoyed a carlsburg. I bought myself a smernoff ice and my dads Carlsburg which cost £7. But all in all it was a good night and only 7mins away from the train station. We caught the last train back at 10.35. Although we coud have took the car as we seen loads of places to park.

Good venue, beer a bit pricey but thats what you'd expect from a venue. Just have a skinful before you go!

Toilet queues - isn't it time that prestige venues of this size understood that YOU NEED TO PISS from time time time? Unforgiveable that 60,000+ people can pay a couple of million quid over to a promoter, and still you have to queue for toilets.
Traffic - CHAOS! Not just around the venue, but large areas of Cardiff were at a standstill. All the way to the M4 was bumper to bumper, despite the overt promotion of park and ride.
Cardiff - what a sh*t-hole. The area around the Millenium stadium has become very run down, with empty disused buildings providing a rather unpleasant backdrop to those that spent more of the day there, seeing the sites. On a positive note, the recession doesn't seem to have stopped building development there.

The venue was very impressive and easy to find. There was a good vibe about the place - especially when queuing for so long - as we did! Porta Loos could do with toilet paper but fine apart from that.
Be prepared to move location once inside if standing. We were very near the front but were stuck within a group of people that were very rude and nasty to be honest. It does take away some enjoyment when you have be in such close proximity to people who don't even give you the time of day. There are just pockets of nasty - so just move around to a good area.
We used the park and ride which was fantastic for us and saved us the panic of driving in an unfamiliar town - BUT be prepared for a very long queue to get back to the car park after the event.
The stewards did a fantastic job getting everyone onto the buses to get back to the car park though and were very friendly and helpful.

On Tuesday 14th October, my wife and myself went to the Queen Concert , and what a great show it was. The special effects and the music were brilliant. Althought you can never replace Freddie, Paul Rodgers and his great rock voice didn't disappoint.
The CIA is a great venue, especially for me because I need wheelchair assistance. I would like to take this opportunity to praise all the staff who assisted us on the night. Nothing was too much trouble and all of them went out of their way to make the evening a great success.
Many thanks again and well done.
Hope to come again in the near future.
Mike and Carol Kendrick of Dorset.

I always enjoy attending an event at the CIA because the venue is very good for concerts in respect of it''s sound and security
