Dear Kirtin Brimsted,
I flew back into East Midlands Airport on sunday evening and expected to just catch the bus back to Airparks to collect my car and have a easy drive home as I have always done. We boarded the bus to be told that the car has had to be moved into one of the airport car parks because of the concert that was going on, which was no problem as we thought.
I was as always wanting to pick up the M42 to drive home and we then get to the main set of traffic lights we find that a lorry has blocked the way home and we ended up having to find our own way back as there were no diversion signs in place to help and to be honest it seemed like mayhem that was going on as I said there were no signs to help so can you please tell why it is that no sign's were in place or even having someone at the main roundabout telling driver's that the road was blocked and that the best way to go would be which ever.
I have been to many venue's where there are large amounts of people and like most generally have a good day which has been well organised but still fail to understand why is it that they can organise big events yet they never ever seem to be able to control the traffic problems afterwards.
To say I was annoyed regarding this would be an understatement as I had just come back from having a great time away to find these traffic problems which could so easely have been avoided by a little thought.
Airparks were very good to explain what was going on and even gave us a letter explaining why the car had been moved and apologised with offering three free days parking to be used within the next twelve months.
Regards,
Mr Philip Ogden.

I think that the venue is good and that i hope that any incidents that may have occured on Sunday night will not ruin this for the future of the festival..
Donnigton is the heart of Download it has always been there and i hope it stays that way.
(i know in the venue part it says Dalby Forset it was a miss click)
I thought that the amount of vegitarien and Vegan stalls were very good i am not one myself but my boyfriend who was with me is and i like to eat it when at festivals as i am iffy about the meat.
