A question about past performance at Fairfield Hall.
When Andrés Segovia, 1893 - 1987 One of the greatest guitar player, last performed at Fairfield Hall. I attended that concert. I am 75 and live in Leicester.
I would like to know until what age this great artiste performed at concerts, and compare him with Ravi Shankar who at 89 is still active! Thank you.

after going to fairfield hall to see gloria gaynpr and the drifters, the whole concert was spoilt by three women dressed in ridiculous shorts feather boas, and tiaras in the front row who got up in the first minute and totally intrupted the show from then on, even getting on the stage and wiping the drifters faces with their boas. Total show offs but my point is no security at all only the retired ticket collectors who has no control over them. We spent over £200 in our group not to whatch a group of extroverts ruin it for everyone else. Not recommended for safety or pleasure. They should get their act together.
