Not very good visibility of the stage from the back of the floor. No good if you are short! From where I was standing (quite near to the doors and with one of the speaker units hidden behind a pillar) the sound was confused, bass-heavy and too loud. Also the different instruments sounded out of synch (echo?) so that ensemble playing seemed messy. The hall is very impressive to look at, but not really what we went for!

I love the venue. Great location in throbbing Camden.
Been to some great gigs here (Paul McCartney, The Good The Bad & The Queen) and it never disappoints. Great sound. Beer ok. Just a bind getting out. Two exits leading from the floor to a flight of stairs...

I am beginning to think that the venue is jinxed. I have yet to see a good gig here. Steve Earle, John Martyn and Fleet Foxes have all been and left me wanting more. The veue is visually stunning and the sound is generally good although with some echo off the back. Beer is Ok and at least there is proper beer avaialble as opposed to the usual overpriced Carling.
